Wednesday morning we were at the Eurostar station boarding a high speed train for a trip under the English Channel to the city of Paris. While there we saw all the famous landmarks like Notre Dame and the Eifel Tower. We also rode the subway and took a bus ride the wrong direction from where we wanted to go. We did have the privilege of spending time with two American couples. One from Dallas and the other from Orlando. The picture above is a panoramic of a narrow Paris street strewn with restaurants and shops.
While I enjoyed the time we had in these great cities, I would not trade them for Rogersville or Marshfield or Bootle.
